Internship Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated intern to join our team. As an Editorial and Research Intern at instituDE, you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects related to the analysis of foreign policy, economy, and human rights, both in Turkey and on the global stage. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our team of experts, including instituDE fellows and senior fellows, to produce meaningful content that contributes to the public discourse on critical international issues.
Responsibilities
Editorial Support: Assist in the preparation, editing, and publication of articles, reports, and commentaries on foreign policy, economy, and human rights issues.
Assistance in Research: Conduct in-depth research on various topics related to world politics, economics, and international law and contributing to our knowledge base.
Content Creation: Contribute to the development of compelling content, including articles and reports, based on your research and insights.
Monitoring and Analysis: Stay informed about developments in European and international organizations relevant to our projects, providing updates and analysis as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with instituDE fellows and senior fellows to support their research initiatives and contribute to collaborative projects.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program at the undergraduate or graduate level (e.g. international relations, political economy, political science, economics, law, journalism, international buiness, sociology and philosopy).
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Turkish is good to have.
A keen interest in foreign policy, economics, and human rights, with a particular focus on Turkey and international affairs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Proficiency in using digital research tools and resources.
